Absinthe!

have you ever tried it?
I didn't see green fairies, but it was fun.
I would not order it again,
since I am not a licorice fan.
I am so glad that I tried it though! 

before we started off

it was in one of the oldest bars
(I believe)
in a little street, next to un dimanche à paris

we chose to order the option that involved the huge
jug of ice water that you turned on and off with a spigot.
it drained through a slotted spoon.
the white is sugar, of course!
